A Coffee Giveaway (Just In Time For Fall!)

Have you ever read a blog and they’re all like, “In the wake of the millions of products I get for free, every product I choose to endorse is screened carefully by me and chosen specifically for my readers…?”

I am not one of those bloggers. 

Unfortunately for me (us?), I am not constantly bombarded by offers for free stuff from companies in hopes that I will write about said products and then sell them to you. Nope. Apparently, you need to be a popular blogger to do that. Discrimination, right?

But, fortunately for me (us?), I have no qualms about asking for free stuff wherever I can get it. Because I like free stuff.

Especially when that free stuff is…

Coffee!

I was able to track down this giveaway at the BlogHer `12 conference I had the pleasure of attending last month. After hitting up every booth for free food to make up my breakfast, lunches, and dinners, (seriously, have you ever been to NYC? $12 for a bagel? I don’t think so.) I came across one for Nescafe Memento and Coffee-mate Natural Bliss. I hoarded a few samples like an old lady stuffing dinner rolls in her purse and forgot about them.

When I got home, however, back to reality and sleepless nights and cranky children, I came across my Caramel Latte sample and immediately made a cup. It was frothy goodness in a cup and I loved being able to whip it up in the morning so quickly. And then it occurred to me that the instant foaming action was kind of scary, but according to the box, the latte foam is a result of “dried milk bubbles.” Interesting.

So, point of the story, the company bought my slight exaggeration of my readership and sent me some free stuff to giveaway! Although I really, really contemplated just keeping it all, the guilty side of me won out. So, without further adieu, I give you:
