Speaker
As a national speaker on empowering young mothers, I travel the country talking about my experience having an unplanned pregnancy during my senior year of college and working to change my campus in support of better pregnant and parenting resources. As the former College Outreach Program Coordinator with Feminists for Life, I have helped to lead hundreds of students across the nation transform their campuses with woman and parent-centered solutions. I have spoken on Capitol Hill and at top universities and schools around the nation.
My lecture touches on the importance of providing resources and support to young women in their twenties, the highest recipients of abortion in any age group and I offer two different versions:
For Colleges & Universities: Pregnant On Campus
An in-depth and interactive lecture that takes students through a pregnant student’s walk through campus, from the positive pregnancy test to combining diaper bags and study groups. Find out if your campus has what it takes to support pregnant and parenting students.
For Pro-Life Groups & Religious Organizations: The College-Aged Mother & Abortion
This lecture focuses on the importance of targeting the group of women receiving the highest number of abortions–college-aged women. The typical recipient of abortion has some college education, some means of financial support, and usually is already a mother. So why are they choosing abortion? The lecture will look at the discoveries that Chaunie made, from a pro-life student leader to a young woman facing unplanned pregnancy and seeing firsthand, how abortion can seem like the best option.
Cost: $300 plus traveling expenses (if needed). Email me at info@tinybluelines.com for more information.
